No. Is the lake dammed, and if so, is the townsite underwater in all but dry years? I'd assume, by its location, it is an outgrowth of the gold rush.

EDIT: I checked Google Maps and see it is dammed. I made a quick check around the lake for any evidence of streets or building sites and couldn't find any. There are several clearings around the lake that look to be good candidates for a townsite, though.

The townsite was in the clearing below the Meadow Lake/Summit City pin.

Would you mind messaging me the lat/lon of the mine adit?  This is a bit of a drive for me, but I'd like to get up there next weekend and document it.
